What's a Container Cell?
Common cell design was a container cell. Stainless plates are submerged into an outer container. Container cells
provide great results but unlike Dry Cells suffer from severe voltage leaks.

Why use Neutral Plates?
Car batteries are 12 volts. Alternators are about 13.7 volts. Target plate voltage is about 2.2 volts. Overdriving plates
wastes energy and creates unwanted heat, so you dont want to run a cell at too high of Amperage.  Adding neutral
plates between electrode plates divides the voltage down and dramatically increases efficiency.  Its found that using
neutral plate technology doubles efficiency. This has been in the public domain. A company not including neutral plates
is clearly behind the curve.  Systems with neutral plates cost more but provide higher benefits.  If you are serious about
using HHO don't try to save a few bucks.

Efficiency -vs- Output
The controls for raising HHO output are: greater plate surface area, stronger electrolyte solution, and less neutral plates!
Novices quickly learn that even small cells can draw over 40 amps.  Its good to stay at 10 to 25 AMPS per cell. A past
focus of research was to reduce amperage draw, while raising output levels. Efficiency is the key for best performance.

Why Seal Voltage Leaks?
Voltage that leaks around plates edges dramatically lowers efficiency. "SEAL VOLTAGE LEAKS" This has been a big
issue in past years.  It was found that sealing voltage leaks doubles efficiency!
OUR wet cell designs have the rod running to the plate tower sealed with shrink-tubing to avoid un-necessary voltage

Why use Dry Cells?
Alternating plate, gasket, plate, gasket…, creates the dry stack cell. Dry cells by design naturally seal 98 percent of plate
edges. Output holes have edges. Sealing the remaining 2 percent can increase efficiency but raises cell cost
dramatically. Dry cells have the highest efficiency so far. This is our cutting edge research made available into the public
domain! DONT BELIEVE companies claiming the highest mileage returns still market container cells.  Dry Cells are the
best way to go.

How do your Hydrogen Systems work?

They work in a very simple manner. The systems make Hydrogen and Oxygen gas on demand and add this gas to the
combustion process. This leads to efficiency in the combustion process and lowers the amount of fossil fuel needed to
operate the engine.

Do I have to add chemicals to the System?

You use distilled water and a small amount of catalyst to help the water become more conductive. Biodegradable
compounds such as Potassium (KOH) and Sodium Hydroxide (common Lye) are the the most common electrolytes

Does this system affect the warranty?

NO. Conditions that may void a vehicle's warranty are specified in a federal law called "the Moss-Magnusson Act"  which
stipulates that dealers cannot void a warranty because vehicles have aftermarket parts.

If a dealer could prove that a particular aftermarket part caused a particular failure, then they could disallow the claim for
that issue only.

For example, if your engine were to fail, the dealer could not refuse to fix it because the vehiclear has aftermarket
wheels. However, if your engine had been modified, then, they may have a case and may try to deny the claim. We don't
modify engines in any way.
Hydrogen on Demand system benefits the engine function, therefore it does not affect most warranties. The Hybrid
Conversions system actually allows the engine to operate cleaner, due to a carbon cleansing process, as well as more
efficiently. Water vapor already is present inside regular engine components and is often seen emitted from a vehicle's
tail pipe when the engine is turned on. Hydrogen combustion causes no additional corrosion to the engine.  Its always
good to confirm with your vehicle makers dealer.

How will this affect my engine’s temperature?

Hydrogen and Oxygen molecules combine to form water molecules during combustion. this produces a very fine water
vapor immediately following combustion. Although the water present in no greater than humid air overall lower operating
temperatures have been noted.

How safe is Hydrogen On Demand?

Our system only creates hydrogen while the engine is operational., which makes is safe.

How often do I have to add water to the system?

Each vehicle is a little different, but on the average you should top off your system with distilled water at around every
1000 miles or about once a month.   

With our dry cell systems you will not have to check if you need to top your reservoir off, since each reservoir has a built
in alert switch, which will notify you when the water is low.

Will I need to do anything to my vehicles Electronics?

You should not have to make any changes to your vehicles Electronics!  Most vehicles will accept HHO gas and will
adjust to it after a couple of gas tanks.
